面试方式和流程

UCL管理学面试是线上的人机面试，也就是说没有面试官和你一对一的进行面试。

点击UCL面试邀请邮件中里的Start my interview开始自己的面试。

进入面试会有5个步骤：

面试环节介绍

首先会观看一个视频介绍，会告诉你面试有哪些环节。

时间介绍

这部分会介绍每道题的时长，总共有两题。

问题1.有30秒准备时间，2分钟回答。

问题2.有1分钟准备时间，3分钟回答。

设备调节测试环节

可以在这个环节来检测设备和网络有没有问题，调整摄像头、麦克风等。

模拟面试

进项预备录制，可以自己录制一段回答

开始正式面试

完成以上环节后，如果没有问题，那么就可以进行正式的面试环节了。

最新的面试题型一般都是2道固定的题目，一般是回答总共是5分钟的时间，学生需要对着电脑屏幕录屏回答。

说说你为什么觉得是一个right candidate？

这个题目一定要从自身价值角度出发，而不是单纯的去说学校专业能给自己带来什么，和自己有多匹配？想一下你能给学校带来什么价值？

讲一讲当今社会你认为最严重的一个问题。

一定要涉及到管理学这个专业

回答时间2分钟

问a big problem of our times，why problem和solution

Define a big problem of our times. Explain why this problem is big and propose some solutions for this problem.

要从你的的优势、你的申请motivation、职业规划、你对management专业课程的理解

management如何帮你实现这个规划（可以课程内容师资力量校友资源就业指导四个方面来夸这个项目）

要说出你本科学的东西和mgt的课程联系度以及mgt的课程和你未来职业的联系！2分钟

Define a big problem

这题不一定非要讲什么globalwarming之类的，贴合实际讲你自己觉得是big的problem就好！创新非常重要，拒绝千篇一律！3分钟

Could you explain why you are the right candidate for the MSc management and why the MSc management is the right programme for you?

2分钟回答，30秒准备

Think about a big problem of our times. Within three minutes, you are to explain the problem, the reason why we should be concerned about the problem, and the main way we can solve the problem or reduce its negative impacts?

3分钟回答，1分钟准备
